4) 30 Day Money Back Guarantee* applies to all products.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product send it back for a refund of the purchase price. 

5) Return Instructions.  Simply ship the product back to us via U.S. Postal.   The return address is on the included instruction sheet as well as the bottom of this page.  Please include a short letter telling us 1) Who the buyer was, 2) who it was originally shipped to, and 3) whether you need a refund or an exchange and why.
